Install First Time from support page

User gets error installing BidMagic from support page. Starts installation, but rolls back without completing.
Troubleshooting steps:
Problem 1:
SQL is already installed on PC. Click on Windows start. Scroll through list of applications to determine if SQL express is already installed.
If SQL already exists (previously installed) during installation the user will need to input user name and password to access SQL.
If user cannot furnish credentials, then Alex must be called to create a new user profile.
Problem 2:
Run all Windows updates. If user has pending Windows updates, then files cannot even be copied!
Open control panel\Programs and Features and click turn Windows features on\off.
Check list for dot net framework and hit checkbox to ACTIVATE.
