Client bid leaves giant blank space (page break) after room name

Problem:

Client bid adds big blank space after roomname when all the items in the room do not fit one one page.

Solution:

Open template, highlight entire room and contents with red tags. Click on paragraph open and set line break settings.

First 3 should be checked as shown

NOTE V10 should fix this.
